control your blood sugar levels for up to 24 hours. For people with type 2 diabetes,

Levemir® insulin therapy has been proven to help reduce blood sugar levels over
24 hours.
Your physician may measure your A1C to determine how
well your blood sugar levels have been controlled over time. If you have type 2
diabetes, Levemir®, taken once daily, can help you get to your blood sugar goal.
Some patients taking insulin therapy may have episodes of low blood sugar, or hypoglycemia. People with type 2 diabetes taking Levemir®
had a low rate of low blood sugar.
Weight

affect your weight.
Levemir® FlexPen®
- A discreet, prefilled, dial-a-dose insulin pen
- About the size of a fountain pen—fits neatly in a pocket or purse
- Can be used for up to 42 days at room temperature (below 86°F) without
refrigeration (Do not store a Levemir® FlexPen® that you are using in the refrigerator.)
